Turff CRM

The cannabis CRM built on market data

Stores, accounts, contacts, visits and notes for your sales team, on the same records as your sell-through, wholesale and competitor data. On the web and in the Turff Field app for iOS and Android, with AI voice notes, routes and trade built in.

A cannabis CRM that starts with the market

A generic CRM starts empty and only knows what your reps type into it. Turff starts with the market.

Your stores are already in it
Every store and account in your market arrives with its sell-through, stock, listings and competitor shelf already attached, including the accounts that don't carry you yet. No data entry before the first call.
Outcomes come from the data
A visit counts as a win when the store lists the product or places a wholesale order, not when a rep says so. Coaching starts from what actually moved.
It tells reps where to go
Gaps, winbacks, stockouts and declining listings surface on each store, so reps plan the week around the doors most worth a visit.

Turff Field for iOS and Android

The whole CRM in your reps' pockets

A native app for iPhone and Android on the same live data as the portal. Reps plan the day, check in on site, pitch from the store's gaps and log the visit before they're back in the car.

  • My Day, map and route in one view
  • GPS check-in, photos, SPIFFs and sell sheets on the phone
  • An offline outbox that syncs visits and photos when signal comes back

iOS Android Web

Talk it out · AI voice notes

Say what happened. Turff writes it up.

After a visit the rep just talks: who they met, what they pitched, what they dropped or checked. AI turns it into the visit's notes, follow-ups, contacts and activities, and the rep reviews each one before it's added.

  • Speak instead of typing, on the phone or the web
  • Every suggestion is reviewed by the rep, nothing posts on its own
  • Past transcripts stay on the visit
Talk it out · Store A

Spoken after the visit

“Met Sam, the new buyer. Pitched our pre-rolls, she wants a sample next week. Dropped off two shelf talkers. They were out of our top flower again.”

Review before adding

  • Contact Sam · Buyer
  • Follow-up Bring a pre-roll sample next week
  • Trade drop Shelf talkers
  • Note Out of stock on our top flower

Routes

Routes built from the stores worth a visit

Plan each day on a map with ordered stops and drive times, or let Turff plan it from your store tiers and visit cadence. Time off and meetings on the calendar are planned around.

  • Optimize or auto-plan a day, then repeat it
  • Check planned visits against each rep's capacity
  • Add stops from the chat with the Turff connector
Tuesday's route Optimized
  1. 1 Store A Winback
  2. 2 Store B Two gap products
  3. 3 Store C Due on cadence

Trade Management

Trade, samples and buybacks, accounted for

Track collateral and samples from the warehouse to the shelf. Reps carry stock, every drop at a store is GPS-tracked, and in-store purchases come out of a monthly budget per rep.

  • Buy back old or defective stock in store, with a reason and a receipt photo
  • Bought units go into the rep's carry stock for the next drop
  • Managers see spend by rep and bucket, and export it

Every CRM tool a cannabis sales team needs

One CRM from territory plan to store visit to quarterly review.

How cannabis sales teams use it

The workflows reps and managers run every week, each across the modules it touches.

Tier the market, then set the cadence

A manager tiers stores in Sales Planning, by hand or with Auto-tier, and gives each tier a visit cadence. Workload shows per rep, time off in the Calendar blocks those days, and routes plan around it.

Walk in with a plan

Before a visit, a rep queues the gap products and talking points for that store. At the door they open the store's briefing and sell sheet, then mark each point discussed or skipped when they check out.

  • My Stores
  • My Visits
  • Field Companion

Keep every relationship current

Buyers, managers and owners live on the store, with head-office contacts on the account. A note that tags a contact updates when you last spoke, and stale filters show who has gone quiet.

  • My Stores

See which calls worked

Completed visits become sales calls, and Turff checks each one against the store's listings and wholesale orders afterwards. Managers see conversion by rep, activity type and store class.

Find the accounts that don't carry you

Filter My Accounts to the chains and banners with no stores carrying you, drill into their stores, and rank the best openings before you assign them to a territory.

Hold the team to a quarterly scorecard

Calls, wins, Retail $ and share feed weighted scorecard buckets for every rep. Managers coach from the leaderboard and execution views, and close the quarter when it's done.

Everyone sees their own territory

Territory rules apply on every page, export and assistant answer.

Reps
Their own territories: their stores, accounts, visits and scorecard.
Managers
Their own territories plus their direct reports', with coaching alerts and visit reviews.
Admins and executives
Every territory, the whole team's activity and every scorecard.

The Turff Connector

Work your CRM from ChatGPT or Claude

Ask which stores haven't ordered, log a note after a visit, or plan tomorrow's route, in plain language. Your assistant signs in as you and sees only your territory.

Cannabis CRM questions

What is a cannabis CRM?
A CRM built for the way LPs sell: to stores and chains through a provincial board. Turff's keeps your stores, accounts, contacts, visits and notes on the same records as your sell-through, wholesale and competitor data.
Do we have to load our stores and accounts?
No. Stores and accounts come from the market data Turff already tracks, so each one has its sales history on day one. Contacts can be added by hand or imported from a CSV.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Reps run their day, their stores and their visits from the Turff Field app for iOS and Android, and the portal's store list and visit cards adapt to a phone.
Can reps log visits by voice?
Yes. With Talk it out, a rep describes the visit out loud and AI turns it into notes, follow-ups, contacts and activities. The rep reviews each one before it's added to the visit.
Can reps buy back old stock in store?
Yes. Reps log in-store purchases, buybacks of old or defective stock included, against their monthly budget with a reason and a receipt photo, and the units go into their carry stock.
Can managers see their reps' activity?
Yes. Managers see their direct reports' territories, visits and scorecards, review visits and leave coaching comments. Reps see only their own territories.
How do you know whether a sales call worked?
Turff checks the store's listings and wholesale orders after each call. A call counts when the store picked up the product or ordered it, whatever was logged.
Can I get the data out?
Yes. Stores, accounts, visits, activities, scorecards and leaderboards export to CSV, and saved views can be sent as scheduled reports.
Can I use it from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. With the Turff connector, your assistant reads your stores, accounts, visits and notes, and updates them when you ask, under the same territory rules as the portal.
